Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AILAB Solutions, LLC ("AILAB Solutions", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit ailabsolutions.ai and use our products, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

AILAB Solutions, LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with a registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. We provide a platform that helps businesses launch AI-powered websites, WhatsApp AI assistants, automation, hosting, and admin dashboards, along with related e-commerce and program services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account & identity information — such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and login credentials when you register or contact us.
  • Order & transaction information — products or services purchased, billing and shipping details, and records of communications with us.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe, PayPal, PayFast, and similar providers). We do not store full card numbers on our own servers; we receive only limited transaction details needed to fulfill and support your order.
  • Content you provide — information you submit to generate or operate your AI website, assistant, or automation, including messages exchanged through WhatsApp-based assistants.
  • Usage & technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar diagnostic data collected automatically.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — as described in Section 5 below.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • To create and manage your account and to authenticate you;
  • To process orders, payments, subscriptions, and deliver the products and services you request;
  • To generate, host, and operate AI websites, assistants, and automations on your behalf;
  • To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
  • To send transactional messages and, where permitted, service updates or marketing communications (which you may opt out of);
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) requires it, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract with you; your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers — hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, and support vendors who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • Payment processors — to process transactions securely;
  • Messaging platforms — such as WhatsApp/Meta, where you use AI assistant features;
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AILAB Solutions, our users, or others;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal data.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) may have additional rights. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice where appropriate.

14. Use of YouTube API Services

AILAB Solutions, LLC operates an internal publishing tool, the AILAB Publishing Tool, which uses YouTube API Services to upload and manage videos on YouTube channels that AILAB Solutions owns and operates. By using this tool, its operators agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The tool is used solely by AILAB Solutions personnel. It is not distributed to, sold to, or made available to the public, to our customers, or to any third party, and it cannot be used to publish to a channel that AILAB Solutions does not own.

14.1 What the tool accesses

When authorised, the tool accesses only the YouTube account of the channel being published to, and only for the following purposes: reading that channel's own identity and channel list, reading and creating that channel's own playlists, and creating or updating the videos and thumbnails it itself uploads. It does not access, collect, read, display, store, sell or share YouTube data belonging to any other channel, creator or viewer. It does not access comments, subscriber lists, watch history, or YouTube Analytics data of any kind.

14.2 What is stored, and where

The tool stores a Google OAuth access token and refresh token on the AILAB Solutions machine that runs it, for the sole purpose of authenticating later uploads to the same channel without repeating the sign-in. These tokens are held in a file readable only by the operating-system account that runs the tool. They are never transmitted to a third party, never placed in our product databases, and never used for any purpose other than publishing to our own channels. No YouTube user data is stored in any AILAB Solutions product, database, backup, or analytics system.

14.3 Retention and deletion of YouTube data

Stored authorisation tokens are retained only while the tool remains in active use for that channel, and are deleted when authorisation for a channel is no longer required. Deletion of stored authorisation data may be requested at any time by writing to [email protected]; we will delete it within 30 days of the request.

14.4 Revoking access

Access granted to the AILAB Publishing Tool through a Google Account may be revoked at any time from the Google account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately prevents the tool from making any further request on behalf of that account.

14.5 Google's handling of data

Data handled by YouTube API Services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy, available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

14.6 Embedded YouTube videos in our applications

Some AILAB Solutions applications, including the KidOfficer mobile application, play our own YouTube videos to users through the YouTube embedded player (the YouTube IFrame Player API), with YouTube's own player controls and branding intact. When a video plays, YouTube may set cookies or similar identifiers on the user's device and collect playback information in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy linked above. AILAB Solutions does not receive, store or process that information. These applications hold no YouTube API key and make no YouTube Data API requests.
