Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any product or enrolling in an internship program with AILAB Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“AILAB Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products:

• Software products are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
• Refund requests are reviewed only in exceptional cases.
• Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

2. Internship Program Refunds

Before Internship Starts

Students may request a refund before the internship officially begins. Refunds may be approved after deduction of:

• Administrative charges
• Payment gateway charges

After Internship Starts

Once internship sessions, materials, or mentorship have started:

• Fees become non-refundable.
• Partial refunds are generally not provided.

3. Remote Internship Charges

Remote internship plans include additional operational and support charges. These charges are non-refundable once onboarding is completed.

4. Duplicate Payments

If duplicate payments occur accidentally, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on payment gateway and banking systems.

6. Cancellation Rights

AILAB Solutions reserves the right to:

• Cancel suspicious enrollments
• Reject fraudulent applications
• Suspend users violating policies

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of participation
• Incomplete assignments
• Failure to attend sessions
• Violation of company rules
